On Friday we provide a day-long program that will last until the wee hours of the night.

Our morning starts with a keynote @ Kinepolis Ghent. We expect you there at 8:30 a.m. sharp to kickstart the day!

Around noon we change venues and take our bus or car or carpool to the festival venue. We check in and have a refreshing lunch to prepare ourselves for some energising activities and workshops!

When the evening approaches, there is a reception and a tantalising walking dinner catered to your every need and dream.

Subsequently, we kick off the evening with an epic and certainly colourful festival experience. After having danced two years’ worth of festival vibes away, we invite you to spend the night at our marvellous RAinbow Glamping Site.

The next day a breakfast will await you. Afterwards, we’re saying goodbye to our RAinbow Glamping and Risk Advisory Summer Event, but with new memories!

You do not need to drive home after the event! You can have a good night's rest in our very own on-site RAinbow Glamping!

This glamping is provided with very comfortable and luxurious tents.
Every tent is provided with:

  • Two comfortable beds
  • Two duvets and pillows with white linen
  • Wooden floor in front of the tent
  • 2 chairs
  • A power socket

All sanitary necessities (such as comfortable showers) are provided. As you can see, we've got you covered! Although, if you are often cold at night, maybe bring a nice pyjama to get some extra warmth at night.

How to get there?

As mentioned, we have two locations that you need to get to during the course of the day. Kinepolis Ghent and the RAinbow Festival Ground. Think about how you want to go there: by bus, carpool or your own car. Below you can find the addresses so you can start exploring your options.

Address Kinepolis Ghent:
Ter Platen 12
9000 Gent

Address festival grounds:
Brumierstraat 6
8511 Aalbeke

(follow the signposts to the parking)

As the event will be organised in the most sustainable way possible, we would like to ask you to carpool with your colleagues as much as possible. Are you coming with your electric car? No worries! There are charging points available on the parking.

What to bring?

For the RAinbow Festival, you should bring the following items:

  • A sports outfit and sports shoes that can get dirty
  • An extra sports outfit for your activity of choice
  • Evening wear for the festival. Attention, in May it can still get cold in the evening. So provide warm clothing as well. Note: the event takes place on a festival ground. So shoes with thin heels are not the best option.
  • Toiletries
  • Bath towels
  • Pyjamas

Note: you will not need your laptop during the event, it’s better to keep those valuable belongings at home. Lockers will be provided for other items you want to store.
